Chariya successfully defends her PhD continuation report

Chariya Peeyatu has successfully passed her PhD first-year continuation examination, marking her formal progression into full doctoral candidacy. During the assessment, she presented and defended her research effectively, demonstrating strong progress to date alongside a clear and developing understanding of her project direction and underlying scientific concepts.

The examiners, Dr Akhil Jain (Division of Pharmacy) and Dr Cyrill Bussy (Division of Immunology), provided positive evaluation of her work and engagement with the research to date.

This milestone reflects Chariya’s continued commitment to her PhD project and represents an important step forward in her doctoral training.
