Delivery to complex dynamic environments
Project Type
Preclinical/Translational
We are investigating the development of advanced nanomaterials for targeted delivery within the dynamic and complex environments of the human body. Whether in response to disease, injury, or tissue regeneration, biological tissues and microenvironments are constantly changing. By gaining a deeper understanding of how these tissues evolve over time, we aim to design nanomedicines that can precisely exploit specific therapeutic windows or adapt to the fluctuating conditions, ensuring sustained and efficient delivery. This approach could significantly enhance the effectiveness of treatments by optimizing drug delivery in real-time.
